Mrs. Goldman has more than ten years experience as a care manger in both the public and private sector. She has worked in various hospitals across the United States and for private care management companies.
As a case manager in hospital settings, she was responsible for working with geriatric patients, their family members, medical staff and community agencies.
She facilitated and implemented discharge plans. In that capacity she guided families in health care decision making. In private companies case management she was responsible for conducting elderly and psychological care assessments; writing care plans and providing continuous care management services.
